Blueberry Mango Oatmeal Muffin

This may look like just another ordinary muffin. Why would you want to make this one?

Well, you don’t have to, that’s the truth.

But you might want to because making it will give you the 10 minutes of intentional time you may not have given to yourself. Making it means you are purposefully creating something to feed your body which will ultimately also feed your soul.

Whether it’s this recipe, or another one that you decide to use… be sure to give yourself the time to savor the making and the eating.

Blueberry Mango Oatmeal Muffins

gluten, nut, sugar, and dairy free


  • 2 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk (use plant based if you’d like)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup ground flaxseeds
  • 1 ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mango, diced 


  • Preheat oven at 350F
  • Combine all ingredients in a big bowl, mix well
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes
  • Makes about 10 regular size muffins
