Cashew Tahini Cookies

Tahini cookies

I was surprised at how 4 ingredients can make these most decadent cookies ever!


  • ½ cup cashew butter
  • ½ cup tahini paste (sesame seed butter)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup ground flax seeds
  • Pinch of salt 


  • Preheat oven to 350º
  • Combine all ingredients (preferably in a stand mixer)
  • Make batter into balls (it will be sticky), flatten a little with a fork
  • Bake at 350º for 18 minutes

Gluten-free, dairy-free, processed sugar-free and can be made nut-free if you use all seed-butters
