I was surprised at how 4 ingredients can make these most decadent cookies ever!
- ½ cup cashew butter
- ½ cup tahini paste (sesame seed butter)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup ground flax seeds
- Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 350º
- Combine all ingredients (preferably in a stand mixer)
- Make batter into balls (it will be sticky), flatten a little with a fork
- Bake at 350º for 18 minutes
Gluten-free, dairy-free, processed sugar-free and can be made nut-free if you use all seed-butters
