The last several months have been about survival for most of us, myself included.

Regardless of how much we know what to do, under such extraordinary circumstances like this pandemic, priorities shift, habits change and we surrender to comfort and convenience.

If you’ve been “off the wagon” or out of sorts when it comes to food and eating, you are not alone!

The excellent news is that it is always a good time to begin. 

The other good news is that, we can do it together – because together is always better.

I am hosting another 5-day online Mindful Eating Reset with a special guest, my friend, and sister from another mother, Chan Hemintranont of Chan’s Healing Foods.

The focus for this Reset is on Ayurvedic Healthy Eating Guidelines. They are nothing crazy: there are no diet rules, no food restrictions. They are three simple things we will practice together during the Reset that will help us get back to healthy habits, taking care of ourselves from the inside out.
