A lot of times, we associate it with a stage performer ordering seemingly unconscious people to do silly things.
How much of that is staged, how much of that is real. I have no idea.
What I know is this: hypnosis or hypnotherapy can be a profound healing tool. I have used it in my practice for several years now, and have clinical evidence and glowing testimonials.
What is hypnosis and how does it help with us lose weight naturally?
Hypnosis is a guided relaxation technique that accesses the subconscious part of our brain that is susceptible to new suggestions and beliefs.
Under hypnosis, we are able to access the mind-body connection and let go of self judgement.
Weight loss requires that we tune into our body, and reframe our mind concurrently. It sounds simple – and it is – but not easy to implement on a consistent basis because the subconscious mind is really good at holding on to old beliefs, patterns and behaviors.
Getting in touch with that part of what makes us who we are, and do what we do is the key to unlock weight loss challenges.
We have to reframe this part of our brain to reframe our body. Period.
