Kit’s Seedy Loaf

I dealt with constipation since I was little, without knowing that it was a problem.

I had no idea what I should expect as far as the frequency or consistency of my bowel habits.

I definitely had no idea what was wrong, or what to do.

I would go for days without going number two. And when I did, it wasn’t pretty. Sometimes it was so uncomfortable that I asked my parents to take me to the doctor.

This might be too much information, but I don’t mind sharing – I know a lot of people struggle with this problem, too, and don’t know where to go for help.

Our bowel habits say a lot about our gut health which is really our over all health. We should all go number two daily, if not a couple of times a day! It should be a satisfying experience, not a chore.

Check this article out as to what you can expect when it comes to healthy frequency and consistency of our poop!

One of the main requirements for gut and bowel health is fiber. Our body needs fiber for so many reasons, one of which is to ensure proper detoxification.

This seedy loaf could be your answer to increasing fiber into your daily routine!*

I shared the recipe with my parents years ago. They still eat a piece of it everyday. It is glorious toasted, with a dollop of yogurt, jam or nut butter.

Watch me make it on The Kit’s Kitchen Show!
