What NOT to eat to lose weight: 6 of 7


Do you know how there are certain foods that you KNOW you have trouble eating just a little of?

  • Chips
  • French fries
  • Ice cream
  • Crackers
  • Chocolate
  • Gummy bears
  • Popcorn
  • Pretzels
  • M&Ms

Yes, those foods.

If you can have a few pieces and stop, then great. No problem.

If you can’t stop at a few, it’s better not to eat them, if you want to lose weight. 

It doesn’t even matter if it’s considered ‘healthy,’ if you have a hard time stopping yourself when your body has had enough (but the mind wants more), you will be overeating no matter what.

Notice how a lot of these foods you can’t just have a few pieces of are highly processed?

A recent study just came out proving that eating ultra-processed foods causes weight gain. These are foods have tons of additives that create an increased desire which causes us to eat more of them.

Is it will power?

Is it food?

It doesn’t matter – if they are prohibiting you from your weight loss goal, just don’t eat them.
