Don’t eat according to fad diets that promise miracles unless you can keep eating that way forever. 

I’m talking about diets like Paleo, Keto, Atkins, Blood Type, 5:2, Whole30 and so on. There’s probably a new one every week!

Not that there’s anything wrong with any of them.

They can all be great – and probably help you lose weight.

The problem is fad diets pretend to know you. 

But the truth is: nobody knows your body the way you do.

Weight loss is a process of learning about what works for your unique body. 

You can use the ‘diets’ to experiment and learn about your body.

You can use them to gain motivation.

You can use them to stop procrastinating.

But you can’t use them to keep losing weight, and maintaining a natural body weight.

That’s got to come from you.

No fad diets work unless YOU do.
