But first, let’s talk about what you don’t need to lose weight.

You don’t need to:

  • be on a diet
  • count calories
  • go Paleo
  • count macros
  • join a gym
  • buy a fancy exercise equipment
  • eat kale
  • learn to cook

Thinking or believing that you need any of the above (or all, for that matter) before you start your weight loss journey creates overwhelm, doubt, and fear.

Have you been in that place?

Overwhelm, doubt and fear make us stuck, trapped and undecided. 

These are not helpful feelings to carry around.

No wonder you have not lost your weight yet.

So, if you are determined to lose weight – especially for the last time – take all of those “needs” out of your belief right now!
