Why you can’t lose weight 1 of 7

Have you tried to lose weight and struggled?

All you can think is: why is it so hard to lose?

The next seven days, as part of my 30 blog posts in 30 days in May, I will help you understand the reasons you can’t lose weight.

The first reason of seven is this:

You have not decided to lose weight.

If you have truly decided to lose weight, you’d be losing weight.

When we decide on something, we have a certain commitment that comes with the decision which includes a strategy that we follow through.

If you are not losing weight, ask yourself:

  • What kind of commitment have I made about my weight loss?
  • What strategy do I have that I can follow through?

If you don’t have answers to these questions yet, it is because you have not made a decision to lose weight.

And that’s why, thus far, you can’t lose weight.

Want to figure out why you have not made your decision?

Get my quick and easy questionnaire here to uncover your own why!

Tomorrow, I will tell you the second reason you can’t lose weight.

Stay tuned!
